I’m Sarah Takahashi. I’ve curated tools and lessons from bootstrapping a creative agency and advising both startups and Fortune 100 enterprises. My field is product management. For me that has meant guiding the strategy and development of solutions that generate revenue.

After 15 years of learning and teaching in the tech industry, I’ve started sharing my toolkit with side hustlers and small businesses. Turns out, the toolkit works, no matter your business size or industry.

As a business advisor, I am a partner and confidante on-demand. I synthesize everything I’ve learned in life (not just business) to help clients create models that better serve them: mental models of themselves, as well as business models.

We’ll make a plan together that is focused, realistic, and inspiring. While executing the plan, we measure results early and often, to make increasingly data-driven decisions that accomplish the business goals.

I’m based in Denver, Colorado. My clients live all over the US. We meet over video chat using virtual sticky notes and whiteboards that make it easy and fun.
